Assessment & provider review
Are you available in all 50 states?
Yes. VelThor provides access across all 50 states. Specific options to discuss are determined during provider review based on your assessment and state-level requirements.
Who can be a candidate for treatment?
A licensed provider reviews your assessment individually — including medical history, current medications, lab work where applicable, and goals — before discussing options. Prescription-related treatment is subject to provider review and is not guaranteed.
How long does the assessment take?
The first step is short and goal-based. After you see your pathway options, you'll complete a fuller provider-prep intake. Most members complete the full intake in 8–12 minutes.
What if a pathway isn't a fit?
If a pathway isn't a fit, the provider may suggest a different VelThor pathway — or determine that no pathway is appropriate at this time. You won't be charged for medication you can't access.
Pricing & cancellation
How does pricing work?
VelThor uses transparent product pricing displayed by 4-week duration. Each pathway lists its product price; the price you see covers product, provider review, and ongoing support.
Are there hidden fees?
No. There are no surprise lab, dispensing, or shipping charges. If a pathway requires lab work, it's noted before you commit.
Do you accept insurance?
Insurance is not currently accepted. VelThor operates on direct, transparent product pricing.
Can I cancel any time?
You can cancel at any time. Unused prepaid portions are refunded; fulfilled medications and services are non-refundable.
Clinical review & care
How does provider review work?
After you complete the assessment, a licensed provider reviews your responses, lab work where applicable, and overall fit before any next step is suggested. Treatment is not guaranteed.
How fast is the review?
Most reviews are completed within 1–2 business days. If your provider needs additional information, they'll reach out before discussing next steps.
Can I switch pathways?
Yes. If your provider suggests a different VelThor pathway — or if your goals shift over time — you can transition under the same provider relationship.
What ongoing support is included?
Direct access to the clinical team for tolerability questions, dose adjustments, and follow-up. The model is built for continuous care, not one-off transactions.
Medications & options
What options are offered?
Across the three care paths: Semaglutide and Tirzepatide (Metabolic Health); targeted Metabolic Health+ support paths; NAD+, Sermorelin, B12, Glutathione, Methylene Blue, and Lipo-C / L-Carnitine (Energy, Strength & Longevity).
Are these compounded medications?
Compounded GLP-1 medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and dispensed only after individual provider review. Compounded formulations are not FDA-approved drugs; they are individualized preparations dispensed pursuant to a valid prescription.
How are medications shipped?
Discreet, temperature-controlled shipping where required. Tracking is shared once a shipment is dispatched.
What if I have a side effect or concern?
Contact the clinical support team directly. Common GLP-1 side effects (nausea, fatigue, constipation) are usually managed through dose adjustment under provider review; serious symptoms warrant immediate medical attention.
Privacy & data
Is my data secure?
VelThor follows industry-standard practices for protecting personal health information. See the Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices for details.

Your assessment and clinical information are reviewed by your licensed provider and the clinical support team needed to deliver care. We do not sell personal health information.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can request data deletion via Contact. Some records are retained where required by law (e.g., prescription records).
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored in HIPAA-compliant infrastructure operated by VelThor and trusted vendors. Specifics are covered in the Notice of Privacy Practices.
Getting started
What's the first step?
Complete the assessment. The provider review and next-step discussion come after. There's no commitment until you accept a suggested next step.
Do I need lab work first?
Some pathways may require lab work; this is reviewed and confirmed by your provider during review. Not every member needs labs to begin.
How quickly can I start?
Where applicable, most members begin within 5–10 business days of their provider review, depending on options discussed and shipping logistics.
How do I contact the team?
Contact details are on the Contact page. Clinical questions go through the clinical support channel; general questions go to the general support email.
