How it works

Three clear stages. No guesswork.

Every VelThor pathway begins the same way — a structured assessment, a licensed provider review, and an appropriate next step where applicable. What changes is the protocol, not the standard of care.

📋

Complete your assessment

A short, structured intake captures your goals, history, and physiology — privately and securely.

  • Universal Intake covers shared clinical baselines.
  • Pathway-specific questions surface where relevant.
  • The assessment is informational, not a clinical diagnosis.
02
👤

Receive clinician review

A licensed provider reviews your responses, decides whether a recommended path may be appropriate to discuss, and signs off (or doesn't).

  • Each response is reviewed individually by a licensed provider.
  • The provider may recommend a different VelThor pathway, request additional information, or determine no pathway is appropriate.
  • Final clinical decisions are made by a licensed medical provider.

Move forward, supported

Where applicable, your provider-reviewed plan begins — with discreet delivery, continuous follow-up, and direct access to the clinical team.

  • All-inclusive monthly pricing — no hidden lab, dispensing, or shipping fees.
  • Ongoing review and refinement, not a single transaction.
  • You can cancel at any time. Unused prepaid portions are refunded; fulfilled medications and services are non-refundable.
The review itself

Reviewed by a licensed provider.

After your assessment, your responses are reviewed by a licensed provider — typically within 1–2 business days. If anything is unclear, the provider may request additional information before making a recommendation. Every recommendation is individually reviewed and signed off by name, tied to the broader plan your provider is building with you over time.

*Some states require synchronous assessments. Where required by state law, your provider will arrange a live video or phone visit before issuing a prescription.

Start with clarity. Move forward with confidence.

A short assessment is the first step toward a more refined path forward — designed around your physiology, your goals, and your life.
