We collect information you provide directly (assessment responses, contact details, payment information processed by our payment processor), information generated through your use of the service (account activity, support messages), and limited technical information (IP address, device type, basic usage analytics). We do not collect more than we need to deliver care and operate the service.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to deliver clinical services, operate billing, communicate with you about your care, improve the service, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell personal health information.
Your choices
You can request access to your information, request corrections, request deletion of certain categories, opt out of marketing communications, and limit certain types of processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via the Contact page.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to deliver the service, meet our legal and regulatory obligations (which can be many years for clinical records), and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified.
Security
We use industry-standard technical and operational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we take seriously our obligation to protect the information you entrust to us.
